MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Warner Robins man is in critical condition after being hit by a car in Warner Robins Tuesday at around 11:23 p.m.

Warner Robins Police officer responded to a call in the area of 2706 Watson Blvd. regarding a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.

Officers 53-year-old Roy Long was pushing a shopping cart along the side of the eastbound lane on Watson. A second pedestrian, 30-year-old Frederick Alicea was walking in the gutter.

Emergency workers had to cut drivers out of their vehicles after three-car crash in Mansfield

Emergency workers were called to the A60 junction with Leeming Lane, between Mansfield Woodhouse and Spion Kop at around 11am on February 25 after a road traffic collision involving three cars.

The road was initially closed in both directions, as fire and rescue workers cut open the top of one vehicle involved in the crash to free passengers trapped inside, but it was reopened at 1pm.

Two people were taken to hospital but in a tweet, group manager at Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service Matt Reavill said “thankfully casualties conditions don’t appear too serious at this time”.

Two people taken to hospital after three-car crash

Two people were taken to hospital after a crash in Nottinghamshire this morning, Thursday, February 25.

Emergency services were called to the incident involving three cars near Mansfield Woodhouse.

In a tweet at 11.45am, Matt Reavill, group manager at Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service, said: “A60 junction with Leeming Lane between Woodhouse and Spion Kop closed in both directions due to RTC [road traffic collision]. Emergency services on scene.

BMW’s Electric Vehicle Offensive Continues As iX1 Spotted

Spy photographers have already snapped photos of the redesigned BMW X1 and now they’ve captured the upcoming iX1.

Hinted at in 2017, the iX1 is in the early stages of development and looks virtually identical to previous X1 prototypes. However, it features “Electric Test Vehicle” badging which confirms its eco-friendly powertrain.

While the model is heavily disguised, we can see it will feature a traditional twin kidney grille rather than the more controversial version used on the 4-Series. Details are hard to make out, but it will presumably be fully enclosed and echo the one found on the iX3.

Wyandotte homicide suspect charged with dragging cop with car

A person of interest in a 2019 homicide in Wyandotte faces unrelated charges after he allegedly dragged a Wyandotte detective across the sidewalk of a Lincoln Park liquor store with his vehicle.  

Christian Lowe was arraigned Saturday on eight felony charges and one misdemeanor. He could face life in prison if convicted of the most serious count, assault with intent to murder. 

According to Wyandotte police, Lowe is a suspect in a homicide that occurred in the city on Feb. 2, 2019. He was wanted initially on three felony warrants and one misdemeanor warrant unrelated to the homicide case.
