SEPTA launches Seat Availability Dashboard

Commuters will soon be able to look ahead at seat availability on SEPTA services throughout the city via the transit authority’s new Estimated Seat Availability Dashboard.

The dashboard is up and running on SEPTA’s website and shows information for most bus routes, though it will later expand to cover all SEPTA’s modes of travel, including the Market-Frankford Line and Broad Street Line.

Original Xbox Dashboard Now Available on Xbox Series X|S

Microsoft is rolling out the May update for the Xbox Series X|S and users can now select the original Xbox dashboard animation as a dynamic background.As reported by Tom Warren of The Verge, Microsoft rolled out new dynamic backgrounds today for the Xbox Series X and Series S. One of them is called “The Original” and it is the glowy green orb made famous by the original Xbox back in 2001.

BOSTON (WWLP) – State public health officials reported no new confirmed deaths and 472 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Massachusetts.

The Department of Public Health report, which reports new COVID data every Thursday, listed the following communities in the “red zone”: 

A red zone means more than 25 COVID cases were reported in the last 14 days.

Total COVID-19 Cases by Age Group:

  • 0-4 years: 861
  • 5-9 years: 1,055

ChargePoint Integrates Android With Dashboard Screen

CAMPBELL, Calif. — ChargePoint, an electric vehicle (EV) charging network, is working with Android Auto to allow drivers to access charging information directly from their car dashboard infotainment system.

Washington state including race and ethnicity vaccination data in COVID dashboard

OLYMPIA, Wash. — The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) announced they are publishing race and ethnicity vaccination data on their COVID-19 data dashboard to help counties address inequities.

The county-level data were first released in a report on April 23 and include a race and ethnicity breakdown for people with at least one vaccine dose and people who are fully vaccinated.

Chesterfield COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard now includes teens

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Chesterfield County announced that its COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard now includes people ages 15 to 19 as well.

The county said the reason for this was that the state has entered Phase 2 of vaccinations.

Including teenagers increased the county’s goal from 190,000 to 213,000 residents, according to its announcement. Because of this, the vaccine goal did decrease slightly since Chesterfield has a higher youth population.
